Where hospitality is more than a tradition

Whatever your accommodation needs, Porto and the North of Portugal has hotels to meet them, from 3* to 5* offering comfort and every convenience that anyone planning successful travel or conferences could desire.

The hotels in Porto are either close to the historic old town, entrepreneurial business centre or to the fine long beaches of the Atlantic Coast and offer approximately 2 500 beds.

Exquisite hotels are located near historic villages surrounded with beautiful landscape, perfect to retired meeting and brain storms and/or incentives.

Pre / Post Tours

MANOR HOUSES TOUR

A 2, 3 or 4 days self-drive tour, through the Northern Portuguese "Manor Houses", where visitors can overnight and get acquainted with the old noble family palaces and way of life. Some are located in farms and therefore the guests can participate on the farming.

Car Rental is available for those who like to explore new countries.

"POUSADAS" TOUR

A 3 or 4 days tour, also self-drive, through the Portuguese "Pousadas" allowing the visitors to get acquainted with old castles and other historical buildings, well-known not only by their gastronomy, but also by their sophisticated decoration.

LISBON

A visit to Lisbon, for longer than a day is a must.

From Porto, plane, train or car can reach Lisbon.

Special hotel rates in Lisbon can be negotiated, on similar basis of rates in Porto.

ALGARVE

The most southern Portuguese province, due to its mild climate is the Portuguese most well known resort.

A wide choice of hotels (4 and 5 star) is available at different rates, allowing everyone to share a nice stay in the Portuguese beaches.

Algarve apart its coast line is a golfer paradise.

There are regular flights from Porto via Lisbon, as well as a daily train.

MADEIRA AND AZORES

These Atlantic Portuguese Islands are also excellent destinations for pre or post Congress tours.

There are flights from Porto on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, and daily through Lisbon.

Either Madeira or Azores is known for the dramatic landscape, and offer excellent hotel and golf facilities.

GALICIA (SPAIN)

A 2 or 3 days tour through Galicia, is also a good choice, having the opportunity of getting acquainted with the mysticism and history of Santiago de Compostela , the beautiful " Rias Bajas" and La Coruña coastline.

Furthermore, driving through its beautiful landscape will allow the visitors to enjoy the gastronomy and hospitality of the locals.

Hotel prices are quite reasonable and a car rental is also suggested.
